Excellent Student to Faculty Ratio and High Test Scores
We have a faith-based education using the Classic Curriculum and utilizing modern teaching techniques, with a 15 student limit per class. Using this proven system, our students rank at or above the 96th percentile of all private schools in the United States, all while maintaining spiritual growth and morality. We have since focused on our preschool to bring in young children and parents, hoping they will grow into students of our Academy.
Our Mission
What We Stand For
We believe that our mission is to act as a facilitator to parents providing an education to their children. Having gone well beyond academic excellence, we immerse our students in a spiritual, loving environment allowing the child to grow spiritually and morally as well. We believe this to be an extension and fulfillment of the primary, parental responsibility.
As the ONLY Orthodox Christian school in Ohio, we believe as an extension and fulfillment of the primary parental responsibility for their children, is to provide an education that:
-
Is academically superior, and reinforces Christian character.
-
Guides spiritual and social development of students by their participation in the Orthodox community and liturgical cycle.
- Provides a high quality learning environment for successful social and cognitive development of the child
Our Vision
A Strong Christian Foundation
A Message From
Our Principal
So why is an Orthodox Christian school important? Lucky for me, I have the words of St. John of Kronstadt to help me out. He says…
“The task of every teacher is to give to [their] children a defined, permanent, stable foundation, on which he can in the future build a strong structure, a wise understanding of life.
Contemporary schooling gives no knowledge of the will of the living God; It gives no understanding of how to live by faith and do good. It gives no answer to the basic question of the world concerning what is truth. No answer to the urgent, vital question of how to live…”
Also, St. John Chrysostom says…
“With us everything should be secondary compared to our concern with children, and their upbringing in the instruction and teaching of the Lord.”
“The primary goal in the education of children is to teach, and to give examples of a virtuous life.”

What Parents are Saying
My husband and I are both teachers and we love Holy Trinity.
Our daughter has excelled in this environment. She is truly working at her potential. The teacher to student ratio is kept low so that each student gets individual attention. We looked at several other options in the area and both agreed that Holy Trinity is the best option.
…it is an experience I feel so blessed that we were a part of
“A bittersweet night for us…our final Spring Arts show means the start of our summer vacation and fun…but it also meant saying goodbye to our Holy Trinity family as Makinley will attend another school next year. Our love for Mrs. Parsons, Miss F (Kell Funtulis), Mrs. Malie, and Mrs. A is beyond words. In our 3 years at the school, we have laughed together, cried together and grown together. It is incredible to me that because of the faith she has learned in school, Makinley would come home from school and instead of running for the TV like most kids, she would play “hours” with the dog and make us pray before every meal…it is an experience I feel so blessed that we were a part of, and I know we will always remember. I wish everyone there the absolute best in life, and I know that they will always be in our hearts:)”
They bring a new meaning to the phrase ‘No Kid Left Behind’
I was one of the first 10 origins HTOCA kids who went to this school when it first opened. Coming back years after and being asked to teach the 4th and 5th grade kids how to crochet is amazing. And to come back and see what HTOCA has evolved into is a blessing and truly humbling. The education is very much worth it because the teachers do value the kids they teach. They bring a new meaning to the phrase “No Kid Left Behind”. I could go on and on about how great this school is and everything I could say is nothing but positive.
…hands down the best decision we ever made…
..this was our 1st year at Holy Trinity Acadamy and hands down the best decision we ever made for the boys. Not to mention the student/teacher ration is less than half then any other school. I am very blessed for Mrs Anzivino and all the teachers for there dedication to my kids. We are looking forward to another year.
They will not get a better foundation anywhere else.
Holy Trinity was a fabulous experience for both if my children. They will not get a better foundation anywhere else. The only problem is at that when they move on they don’t feel cherished and loved like they do at Holy Trinity!
